DEFENSIVE KNIFE AND PISTOL - FORCE ON FORCE
SCENARIO BASED COURSE IN WHICH STUDENTS WILL BE EXPOSED TO HYPER-REALISTIC SCENARIOS WHERE THEY WILL NEED TO DEFEND THEIR LIFE BOTH WITH A PISTOL AND A TRAINING KNIFE.
Carrying a knife clipped in a pants pocket has become commonplace; however, most who carry these tools have never been formally trained and if they have, it may not be the most practical or realistic training. This one day school is designed to expose the student to force-on-force training at close distances where most deadly force encounters occur. How will you react when your “personal space” is violated during a vicious attack? This one day intensive course will give you the answer to these questions. The students will be exposed to scenarios where they will need to defend their life, not only with a pistol, but with a training knife as well.
Scenarios are based on course material from the two day Defensive Knife and Pistol program. The Force on Force day is designed to test and validate the skills and tactics learned in that course, however, students are NOT REQUIRED to attend the two day program.
Prerequisite
This course is an Advanced level course. It is not an entry level course. The student needs to know and be able to demonstrate safe gun handling, weapon system familiarity, foundational marksmanship skills, and working from a holster.
