A CLASS FOR LADIES TO LEARN DEFENSIVE HANDGUN TECHNIQUES THAT ARE APPLICABLE WHEN DEALING WITH A CONFRONTATION WITHIN CLOSE DISTANCES
This course addresses the very real fact that the majority of shootings occur within a distance of 5 feet, yet most firearms training focuses on targets that are several yards away! Although marksmanship style shooting can be fun and competitive, it is not practical for the everyday real life scenarios which are typically up close and personal. The attendee will learn defensive handgun techniques that address situations such as being cornered in a hallway, bedroom, car, etc. Real life defensive or combat scenario training could safe your life. Let's face it, if you target is standing still and 15 yards away...can you just run?
Prerequisite
This course is an intermediate to advanced level course. It is not an entry level course. The student needs to know and be able to demonstrate safe gun handling, weapon system familiarity, foundational marksmanship skills, and smoothly work from a holster.

Pistol or revolver in one of the following calibers: .380, 9MM, .38SPL, .357 Magnum, .357SIG, .40S&W, or .45ACP (no other calibers allowed)
