TEXAS LICENSE TO CARRY A HANDGUN COURSE
REQUIRED STATE OF TEXAS LICENSE TO CARRY A HANDGUN COURSE
Todd Rassa and Sarah Rassa of Todd Rassa Training are Texas LTC Certified Instructors by the Texas Department of Public Safety. The State of Texas requires a State issued License to Carry a Hangun course in order to obtain a license to carry a handgun in the State of Texas either open or concealed. Students must pass the required written exam (70%) and demonstrate proficiency of the required course of fire (70% or 175/250) to submit their application for the LTC. All Original License To Carry a Handgun (LTC) applicants are required to submit fingerprints to DPS as part of the complete LTC application. Todd Rassa Training recommends submitting your background check/fingerpriting prior to taking the course. Visit https://www.txdps.state.tx.us for further information.
