LEARN TO UNDERSTAND, MANAGE, AND DE-ESCALATE WORKPLACE VIOLENCE

Workplace Violence can be prevented if co-workers and managers are aware of a potential threat and can recognize the signs of an impending violent incident. In many cases incidents of workplace violence start out as a crisis or a conflict in the workplace. When crisis and conflict in the workplace is left unresolved, it will have negative consequences to the employees and the company. Managers will learn how to determine whether or not situations warrant discipline actions, counseling or outsourced interventions.
